1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Axon API services provided at api.chatbi.site (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Axon provides an API gateway service that allows users to access various AI models (including but not limited to GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.) through a unified, OpenAI-compatible API endpoint. Users purchase API credits to use the Service on a pay-per-use basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. API Credits and Payment

• API credits are purchased in advance and deducted based on actual usage (tokens consumed per request).
• Different AI models have different per-token rates. Rates are displayed in the console after login.
• All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider (Creem).
• API credits do not expire.
• All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for unused credits in exceptional circumstances.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Use the Service for any form of spam or unsolicited messaging

6. Rate Limits and Fair Use

The Service may impose rate limits to ensure fair usage. Excessive usage that degrades the service for other users may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your account.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Axon platform software and its hosted Service at api.chatbi.site, including its infrastructure and configurations, are our property. Content generated through AI models via our API belongs to the user, subject to the respective AI provider's terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, unused credits are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
